Terms of Service

1. Your agreement with us

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using Dealership Genius, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the dealership or organization you represent.

2. Accounts and seats

Dealership Genius Essential includes five named users per store. Additional users cost $29 per user per month. Pro and Max include unlimited named users per store. Individual accounts license one person only.

Accounts are for named individuals within your organization. Sharing credentials outside your organization is not permitted.

3. Trial, billing, and cancellation

Eligible new company accounts receive a seven-day free trial; individual accounts receive a five-day free trial. A payment method is collected at signup, and the subscription bills at the end of the trial unless cancelled first. Paid-now activation and conversion from administrator-provided free access do not start another trial. The checkout confirmation controls the start date and amount.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel and retain access through the end of your paid period. A plan change may create an immediate prorated charge, which is shown for confirmation before purchase. Existing subscribers keep their original rate while their existing subscription remains active; voluntarily changing plans uses the confirmed new rate and applicable discounts.

Current company plans are Essential, Pro and Max. See the pricing page for current rates and inclusions. Group pricing and any special offer are governed by the quote or checkout you accept; an advertised discount does not change an existing subscription automatically.

4. Content and permitted use

All answers, insights, articles, training outlines, and blueprint templates are the proprietary content of Dealership Genius and are licensed to you for internal use within your organization only.

You may not resell, publish, redistribute, or use the content to build or train a competing product or model.

5. Guidance only

Dealership Genius provides operating guidance and is not legal, financial, tax, employment, or compliance advice. No results are promised or guaranteed.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and continuously improve it. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. These terms may be updated, and material changes will be communicated to account owners.

7. Talk, Roleplay and additional practices

Talk and Roleplay generate spoken responses using AI. Roleplay customer scenarios are simulations, not real customers or verified promises of vehicle availability, incentives or warranties. Review generated guidance independently before applying it in your business.

Verbal Roleplay is included with Max and available as a $295 monthly add-on for Essential and Pro. Included verbal usage is subject to the store's displayed monthly allowance. A verbal practice is counted when voice usage is first reserved for a session, including a session you later stop; additional turns in that same session do not count as another practice. Typing remains available when the verbal allowance is exhausted.

Additional packs cost $29 for 100 verbal practices plus applicable tax. Packs are one-time purchases shared by the purchasing store, not curriculum lessons or an additional subscription. Credits are granted only after verified payment; unused purchased credits carry forward but can be used only while the store has active trainer access. Monthly included practices reset separately and do not roll over.

Only an authorized account owner may purchase or change the store's subscription. Speak only when you have consent to record and process the audio, and do not include real customer identifiers, financial account details or other sensitive information. Saved practice transcripts, scores and coaching may be viewed by the trainee and authorized store leaders or coaches, according to their access rights.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
