Terms of Service

1. Your agreement with us

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using Dealership Genius, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the dealership or organization you represent.

2. Accounts and seats

The Dealership Genius plan includes up to five named users. Additional users may be added for a monthly per-user fee. The Dealership Genius Pro plan includes unlimited named users.

Accounts are for named individuals within your organization. Sharing credentials outside your organization is not permitted.

3. Trial, billing, and cancellation

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A payment method is collected at signup, and the subscription bills at the end of the trial unless cancelled first.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the period you have paid for. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated.

4. Content and permitted use

All answers, insights, articles, training outlines, and blueprint templates are the proprietary content of Dealership Genius and are licensed to you for internal use within your organization only.

You may not resell, publish, redistribute, or use the content to build or train a competing product or model.

5. Guidance only

Dealership Genius provides operating guidance and is not legal, financial, tax, employment, or compliance advice. No results are promised or guaranteed.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and continuously improve it. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. These terms may be updated, and material changes will be communicated to account owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
