How do I get DG Elevate™?
An Essential or Pro account owner can add DG Elevate™ for $295/month on top of the existing plan, or upgrade to Max at $695/month with DG Elevate™ included. The $295 add-on retains your plan; it does not convert it to Max.
What happens to my existing rate?
Adding DG Elevate™ retains your current rate. Max replaces your plan and bundled add-ons at the Max rate; account-specific discounts do not carry over. Review the prorated amount due before confirming a saved-card charge.
Is DG Elevate™ still in beta?
Yes. DG Elevate™ is still in beta. Availability and practice limits may change during testing. Verify generated coaching independently. Free beta enrollment does not automatically activate paid voice or change your subscription.
How does a practice session work?
Choose a role, franchise, customer scenario and difficulty, then start a conversation. Type, or use Talk when verbal access is available. Finish to receive coaching and a score. One practice is a customer conversation—not a curriculum lesson or each individual reply.
How many verbal practices are included?
Your dashboard shows your store’s monthly allowance, practices started and purchased practices remaining. The allowance is shared by the team and rounded upward to a multiple of 50: for example, 893 becomes 900. The displayed allowance is the same allowance available to use.
When is a practice counted?
One verbal practice credit is used when verbal usage first starts in a session. Further replies in that same practice do not each consume another credit. Curriculum lessons do not use verbal practice credits.
What happens when we exceed our allowance?
No automatic overage charge occurs. When included and purchased verbal practices run out, typing remains available. Wait for the next monthly allowance or deliberately buy 100 additional verbal practices for $29, plus applicable tax.
Is $29 a signup fee or a paid test?
No. $29 buys an optional one-time pack of 100 extra verbal practices. It is not a subscription, signup fee or required paid test. Credits are granted only after payment is verified.
Where do I sign in and see my practice history?
Use the separate DG Elevate™ sign-in with your existing dealership account. Your dashboard lists saved practices with status, voice or typing, timestamps and coaching scores. Resume an unfinished practice or review a completed one.
Who can see scores?
Representatives see their own practices. Authorized managers and leaders see results within their permitted store, department or group. Separate DG Elevate™ sign-in preserves those access safeguards.
